The interaction between people is known as interpersonal communication. It sounds really easy, right? However, poor communication—where one party doesn''t grasp what the other is saying—is the main cause of people seeking out psychotherapists. Everybody faces the same issues: partners and customers, spouses and wives, parents and kids, employers and workers, physicians and patients. They are unable to record the sent message.Fluency is frequently given a lot of attention, leaving out the other side of the issue. If there is only one pole, there cannot be a magnetic field, and there cannot be what is referred to as communication without an audience that is receiving what is being communicated. The audience watches the performer while also listening to the speaker, and each sees the other at work. There cannot be conversation without listeners. Therefore, there will be ineffective communication.You can never tell if what you say is being understood correctly if you don''t know how to listen. A good listener must pay attentive attention while they are listening. When I was a young actor, I discovered that in order for a performance to be credible, you need to react to cues from everyone around you as well as from your co-star and the performer.Life is similar to being on stage: The entire world is a stage, and how well you act relies on how well you can express yourself. If I portray Lady Macbeth, an emotional figure, and the audience laughs, I can almost certainly promise that I''m not good enough. The audience''s response indicated that they did not understand the meaning of my message or what I was trying to convey.
