Migration-Development Nexus

The main aim of the author in this book titled "Migration-Development Nexus: The Nigerian Diasporic Groups in Vienna, Austria" is to analyse what role the Nigerian diasporic groups in Vienna can and do play regarding development. The theoretical frameworks chosen to analyse and interpret the empirical data, the author collected during a field research in Vienna, are the scientific and political debates and discussions focusing on the relation between migration and development. Doubtless, this book provides new insights into the Nigerian diaspora in Vienna and their activities. It also provides some very interesting and politically relevant insights into the challenges and possibilities the actors are confronted with.
