Miasmatic Diagnosis in Homoeopathy

To treat the chronic disease successfully, it is not enough if the remedy is selected only on symptom similarity basis. Besides the similarity in symptoms, there must be a similarity of miasms also. That is to say, the remedy selected must also be miasmatic. So in truest sense, a medicine is to be selected on the basis of constitutional peculiarities (psoric, sycotic, syphilitic) along with individualistic features of the person concerned. In this book the author has tried his best to identify the different miasmatic states-psora, syphilis, sycosis and pseudo-psora.
