Memoirs of a Gay Christian Brother

I am writing this memoir for myself. I look back on my life in amazement. At each point, people showed up to bring me to the next stage. Some appeared only briefly, others entered at critical times, and a few were with me on the whole journey. I could not have done this alone, although I consistently sent the message I could. I wrote these pages from very detailed journals, which I kept at specific periods in my life, and many other pages from the memories of a 90-year-old man. So, what I have written is not meant to be recorded history but a sincere attempt to share what was happening in the deepest part of my being during this journey. This is dedicated to all of you, family, and friends who reached out to me in what may appear to be a small way but touched me profoundly, for which I am deeply grateful.
