This is the story of Mazzy, one special sea turtle with a big heart, her human friend Captain Memphis, and their love for manatees and nature.

Travel with Mazzy along her Gulf Coast journey where she grows-up and meets stingrays, a pelican and a young manatee who needs help finding his mother. Mazzy learns that anything is possible, especially at the secret place under a pink star. With help from some wise-old sea turtles, she meets Captain Memphis, who helps unite a baby manatee and his mother by leading them through the beautiful watery world of Crystal River and ultimately to Three Sisters Springs.
