Poems are medium of expression of human mind. The expressions can be of self, other person, object, thoughts, or emotions. It is an instrument using which one can appear face-to-face with himself or herself. It connects us not only to life forms but also to seemingly inanimate objects and concepts such as river, ocean, moon, galaxy, Himalaya, God, deity, etc. It makes one exist in a timeless universe.

Shubh Chintan is an officer of 1993 Batch of Indian Revenue Service (IRS). He is presently placed as Commissioner of GST at Gurugram, Haryana. He did his engineering from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU). He has also worked as Assistant Executive Engineer in CPWD, a Government of India undertaking. He was awarded Presidential Certificate of Appreciation in 2014 on the occasion of Republic Day for having excellent record of service. He has also been awarded Certificate of Merit by World Customs Organization (WCO) in 2012.
