Managing for Results

This new book, based on Michael Armstrong's Managing Activities, has been restructured and revised to cater for the Managing for Results module as part of the new CIPD Leadership and Management standards.

The new edition concentrates on offering a more strategic approach to management with critical perspectives on the subject area. The text also includes a wide range of features to support student learning including a wide range of case studies and examples, learning objectives, discussion questions, exercises and chapter summaries.

TARGETED AT – CIPD students taking the new Managing for Results module as part of the new CIPD Leadership and Management standards. The text is also suitable for introductory management modules on HR and Business degree programmes.
