Man Who Stole the Clouds

The people of the normally peaceful farming town of Hillby were living in terror. A mad inventor had been allowed to run roughshod over their farming communities as he tested his gigantic new inventions. His latest invention, a 'cloud snatcher' took the clouds from the sky before they had shed their precious load of rain, leaving the farming community drought-stricken. The politician didn't care because he was friends with the Prime Minister. The adults tried everything they could but it proved hopeless. But in the meantime, the children of Hillby hatched a plan to save the day...
