This 96,000-word novel is set in the not-too-distant future and it tackles the tough issues that we face today. After a failed assassination attempt, she is the first modern president to carry a gun. She also has female bodyguards, which leads to some humorous moments. In addition, the story has a very surprising twist at the end concerning one of the characters.
