Loving

This book defines the act of loving ourselves and others byusing 15 different modalities. It describes ways of practicingthese modalities in our everyday lives as people andportrays these modalities through parables of animalswith their natural enemies. Practicing these ways havetransformed my relationship with myself, others, and theworld. It has empowered me to love myself, and love andbe loved by others more than I ever have before. My hopeis that this book helps others increase the love they havefor themselves and share with others, as well as betterlove those who seem difficult to love.
