Looking for Flowers - A Book on Hong Kong Native Plants

In the green space that covers three-quarters of Hong Kong's territory, there are about 2,000 species of native plants recorded. Some of them are new species that have not been recorded elsewhere, and some others are native species in Hong Kong.These plants that were first discovered and recorded in Hong Kong can be seen as long as we go out of our homes and walk uphill.The author liked to see different plants when he was hiking, and he would photograph the plant form and collect data at home. He has read ancient books including the Classic of Mountains and Rivers to the Book of Songs, the Songs of Chu, and the Shennong's Herbal Classic, Compendium of Materia Medica and others to look for the sources and traces of native plants in Hong Kong, and has used concise words and painting brushes to guide readers to search for flowers on the mountains.
