Logistics policy in a company undergoing a recovery

Logistics policy is the set of measures, guidelines and action methodologies adopted by an entity in the field of logistics. It must be tailored to the entity's specific needs and circumstances.For a company in the midst of a relaunch, every action must be aimed at saving money in every respect. We must act on the dual lever of minimizing expenditure costs and maximizing gains (human resources, financial resources, time, space, material resources, etc.). Economies of scale must be a culture for all companies, but even more so for those embarking on their recovery.This document is published to help a number of legal entities and/or companies to opt for good logistics practices. It was able to improve CIDT's logistics system, and will do the same for any good reader who practices the lessons learned.
