Locked Up and Locked Down: Multitude Lingers in Limbo Revised Edition

An existential account of mass incarceration in the United States criminal justice system. It presents a solution oriented analysis of the disproportionate rates of incarceration of especially Black men, women, and youths in the US criminal justice system. This book is both descriptive and prescriptive with the goal towards criminal justice reform that is holistic, smart, and sensitive to the human plight of multitude languishing behind bars especially for non-violent drug offenses as a result of the war on drugs.
