Localisation and quantification of switch cell subtypes in the kidney

A thesis written by Lisa Arnet at the University of Zurich (Switzerland) in 2013 describes the number and location of different types of switch cells in the kidneys of mice and rats. This has not yet been systematically investigated in human kidneys. This master's thesis therefore aims to determine the number and location of the different switch cell types in the human kidney in order to draw comparisons between humans, mice and rats.
