Most of the poems where written through a period of my life when l sufferedfrom Agoraphobia (irrational fears) and Panic Attacks, which stopped me goingoutside my home. Whilst writing, l was able to escape from my demons.Although l still have the odd panic attack, l have learnt to manage my fear, havelearnt to drive and am working a full time job.
