Lifestyle, teaching and the relationship to illness

This book proposes a reflection on life and work, and our fundamental proposal is to raise the following question among teachers: "Do I work to live or do I live to work?". Finding the meaning that teaching represents for each teacher is an intrinsic battle and part of freeing ourselves from the karma that we teachers must "work for love", when in fact we are professionals who do with love what we are eternally dedicated to learning, which is the ability to teach. In this way, teaching is a profession, and for that it requires training, working conditions and healthy professionals.
