Young horsemen and horsewomen can answer the questions - either with their instructor or alone. Some of the questions are about things not discussed in the book Those questions are asked to encourage the reader to think about them and to discuss them with others.With this book and an instructor, whether the instructor be a parent, friend or paid professional, young horsemen and horsewomen will be exposed to the basics of good horsemanship and learn a safe approach to the wonderful world of horses.
