Leading with Passion

This book addresses the nature of passion and emotion as a part of the leader-follower relationship. Those who lead must establish the ability to understand others' hopes, desires, and emotional priorities in order to unlock their highest potential. Great organizations and effective leaders accomplish extraordinary results by obtaining the commitment and dedication of all of their members.
