Leading the Way

Leading the Way is a book about discovering and developing your leadership skills. It is written in response to many requests from those attending leadership seminars I have organized or been part of as a presenter. It is impossible, in a small book like this to cover the complete realm of leadership in exhaustive detail, so I have tried to capture the essence of the subject and provide you with glimpses from my perspective of the more important aspects. As you will discover, each of the many topics discussed in the book could be an entire book on its own. Included in the book are a number of questions, activities and exercises, identified as Action Steps, to challenge and assist the reader in how they fit within the different aspects of leadership.
