Leader as Facilitator

The days of leaders telling their people what to do are gone. But what has taken its place?
How do leaders get buy in, build engagement and gain the collective input and participation of their teams?

The answer is as simple - and aas complex - as facilitation.

Facilitation means 'ease'... to make easier. 

The leader as facilitator approach ticks the boxes of: 

• building engagement
• staying on traack
• achieving outcomes
• encouraging participation.

As workplaces become more diverse - both culturally and generationally - the more leaaders need to be enablers, drivers, catalysts ... and facilitators.
