Lucifer has just fallen in love and what happens next isn't going to be pretty.

Since the dawn of Christianity and the Great War between heaven and hell, Lucifer has long been regarded by the followers of the righteous as nothing more than a jealous creature obsessed with taking what belongs to The Almighty. One of God's most beautiful angels, he was cast away into the darkness of hell forever damned to be alone and cursed to never possess something that every sentient being deserves to have: love. Now, in a time when God is strangely silent, the antichrist discovers a loophole in His flawed doctrine. He indeed can love despite what had been preached as infallible law for millennia. The only catch: the one he falls in love with must be a living being, not any dead soul in the realm of the damned in which he resides.

He comes to Earth and finds what he's looking for in Lily (a mourning young woman). But all hell breaks loose when she turns out to be none other than Gabriel's daughter and she ends up in not only a struggle to love the man she wishes to, but in the middle of the eternal war of good against evil.
