Kindness Matters

Kindness Matters is a children's book about autism awareness.Jacob Hammons is a 16 year old typical teenager with Autism. He has been non-verbal with limited ability to communicate most of his life.Three years ago, Jacob and his family traveled to Austin, Texas for therapy with Soma at HALO. Jacob's inner voice was heard for the first time. He continues to work hard daily towards independence. Jacob wants everyone to know just because someone has difficulty speaking doesn't mean they don't understand everything around them.
