Inspirational life story of a (very) special needs child. A Muslim boy joins the family of a Dutch Christian couple living in Jerusalem, Israel. They already foster a Jewish boy and two Bedoein girls, all with multiple handicaps. The 12 years that Na'il lives with the van der Zandes are filled with joy, laughter, challenges and miracles.
