Oregon Trail Journey After The Civil War, is the story of a southern woman and her older brother, striking out for the West to escape the hardships of the South after the Civil War. Harriet & Gavin s Story - A woman is kidnapped from her coach while on her way to Southampton to join her mail ordered fiance in America. Jake & Laura s Story is about a lonely California rancher who requests a mail order bride, but considers sending her back when she tells him adamantly that she doesn t want to get married yet -- or ever. Lola & Isaac s Story - A woman travels to a small town in Nevada to become the bride of a man she hardly knows. She has no idea how he ll react to her appearance and when he finally arrives outside of the bar where she s waiting, he is in the shadows. This is a wonderful love story full of love and faith in humanity, and the Lord.
