Introduction Of Ai For Class Viii Students

According to CBSE Board, as per new education policies CBSE has introduced Artificial Intelligence (AI) as an optional subject at Class IX onwards from the Session 2019-2020 onwards. To enhance the multidisciplinary approach in teaching learning and also to sensitize the new generation, it was decided that Schools may start AI "e;Inspire module"e; of 12 hours at Class VIII itself. CBSE is already offering various Skill subjects like IT, Coding, Data Science etc. at Secondary and Senior Secondary level to upgrade the skills and proficiency of the young generation and also to provide them awareness to explore various career options as jobs oriented course. The main objective of this Artificial Intelligence (AI) book for class VIII standards curriculum is an understanding the knowledge of basics of AI and to develop a readiness for understanding and appreciating Artificial Intelligence and its application in our real lives.
