This book is born from a dual reflection on recent history: why do we continue to kill each other? And why, if we already know the models of society that work and those that don't, do we insist on applying the wrong methods and models? What is the importance of power and its use for good or evil in the management of a society?  This is a book that deals with the progress of societies and good government.
