Insurance Law

A review of the esteemed brother Professor Parwiz Stanekzai's scholarly activities reveals their latest work titled ""Insurance law,"" which they have graciously provided me with for review. This work, encompassing fundamental principles of civil procedure in accordance with the legal system of Afghanistan and the new curriculum of the Ministry of Higher Education, has been compiled. Furthermore, in the composition of this work, credible scholarly sources mentioned within the text of the book have been utilized. Mr. Parwiz Stanekzai's scholarly achievement, like their previous endeavors, deserves commendation and contributes to the legal and academic landscape in Afghanistan.
