Innovation-Driven IP Policy

This book focuses on IP policy orientation in implementing innovation-driven development strategies. It systematically studies topics such as independent innovation and international rules of intellectual property rights, comparison of intellectual property policy orientations of foreign innovation policies, innovation model transformation and intellectual property policies, and intellectual property policy systems in innovation-driven development strategies. Research shows that to implement the innovation-driven development strategy, intellectual property policies must balance the interests of all parties and integrate into the global competition landscape. The new round of intellectual property system design must adopt a balanced policy to seek the optimal solution among the level of social welfare, the profits of prior innovators and the overall innovation efficiency of the society. At the same time, China's intellectual property policy system is bound to face the problem of localization after the system is transplanted, and it is necessary to seek flexibility between conforming to international rules and reducing social and economic costs.
