Image Fusion

The widespread use of image fusion methods (eg: in military applications, surveillance or medical diagnostics), has increased the need for pertinent performance or quality assessment tools to compare results obtained with different algorithms or to obtain an optimal setting of parameters for a given fusion algorithm.
