Whether it's the reckless college life, corrupted political scene or maybe just the vices that await you in the 'Down & Dirty Streets' of Baton Rouge. Whatever it is, Carmello McCray, a.k.a. 'Icy', recognized this early on. At a young age, he plotted his rise to the top.

After being introduced to Lito, an infamous kingpin from Houston, Texas, Icy's loses interest in college. This is a decision that could prove to be lethal. For he would find that he is under the watchful eyes of an even more merciless predator. Against all Odds, Icy's climb leads him and his closest allies on a never ending journey that spans completely across the south. Using Interstate 10 (I-10) as their means for travel and distributing everything from drugs to sex, the crew soon accumulates more money and fame then they could ever Imagined. Well, not all stories have happy endings. An abrupt turn of events occur and Icy and his crew start to take larger and larger losses. Hundreds of thousands are getting taken out of stash houses and a slew of childhood friends are being left dead, all signs pointing to a dead end.

This should be a wake-up call for young Icy, but when you live life on I-10, some lessons are only learned the hard way.
