In House 223 lives Obie Overmean. Obie is smart in school, talented in sports, and obedient at home, but Obie is a bully. He is mean to other children and thinks he can get away with it until Judge Boom exposes the unexpected outcomes that result from his actions.

This is the second book in the BB Boulevard series.
