Hospital Organization Management: Principles

Sociologists believe that the hospital is a social system based on bureaucracy and hierarchy. Hospitals have the characteristics of bureaucratic organizations with levels of management and staffing. Each social system has to complete the tasks of the organization. In the hospital system, patients need internal system of interactions to be defined.
