The "e;Hong Kong Literature Series"e; has 3 parts, including 12 volumes such as new poetry, essays, novels, reviews, old-style literature, popular literature, children's literature, and so on. They were chiefly edited by 11 local experts and scholars who traced back to the roots and dig out the early Hong Kong literary works that have been submerged by the time.This volume selected essays and articles of personal collections published in Hong Kong newspapers during the two historical periods of the Japanese Occupation and post-war period from 1942 to 1949.The good works of the local writers and the works of the famous masters from the north were both included, covering a variety of styles - reasoning, narration of things and people, lyricism, ideology, description of objects and scenery.
