Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. The announcement of the publication of the work was first made known through the medium of the metropolitan press, some few days prior to the copies being delivered by the bookbinders, and so great was the demand Of the London and American trade, that every copy was disposed of on the day of issue. The work is now eagerly sought after by book collectors who indulge in literary rarities.
