Tarva as a world power is untouchable, the land has been wound tight with tension as rebel groups form, war, and then disband. Twenty years have passed since the events of Eternity's life, and the people are still waiting for the freedom that he promised. Yet changes have begun that will transform the landscape of power forever. Storms break over the weak and mighty alike and clouds are beginning to form over the tyrants of Garatin.
