Harmonic Integration

Harmonic Integration was developed by Tanya Witman as an answer to the Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Health Disorders (DSM). The DSM contains diagnoses to help mental health practitioners determine what is wrong, so that they can help people suffering with mental illness. Harmonic Integration helps people build on what is already working in their lives, focusing on what is right, and offering guidance on how to harmonize the rest of their lives with that. Each chapter centers on a different area of focus, including research, questions, and practices to help anyone improve their mental and emotional health.
