Not long after the disaster at the Shackleton Moon Base, a deep-sea ore-mining rig goes dark. The crew of Shackleton tried to toss the monster attacking them into the sun, and failed. Both pilots died. But some of the ship survived and was towed into Earth orbit for examination. The tight orbit around the sun has destroyed all but the outer structure. And yet, something falls from it and splashes down in the Pacific Ocean, directly above that mining rig on the ocean floor.Moon Jae-in has a pretty good idea what fell into the ocean, and he wants nothing to do with it.
