The LightLord, as I kneel beside my bedAnd I begin to prayYour Spirit overwhelms meAs I search for words to say. As I close my eyes and bow my headI see a shining lightComing closer towards meBrightening up the night. As I let the light surround meI keep perfectly stillAs silent tears fall, I sayFather, help me to do Your Will.
