As family gathers over the holidays, it all starts in the kitchen. We make traditional Christmas dishes and baking, this time of year, and our hearts know we are home because of the tastes and smells that flow from the kitchen.

I am a celiac and once my son was also diagnosed celiac, I did not want him to lose those tastes of home. I have adapted my Grandma's, Mom's, Sister's, Friends and Mother-in-law's old family Christmas recipes to be 'gluten free style'. I have enjoyed revamping and changing old and new recipes to make the baked goods have excellent texture and taste. The recipes in this book have ingredients that are easy to find in your local stores. The tastes are excellent and the recipes are not complicated, YOU CAN do it
