From Integrity in Law to Weighting in Mexico

This paper will attempt to link the philosophical foundations of the neo-constitutionalists Ronald Dworkin, Robert Alexy and the work of Luis Prieto Sanch s, which is suggested to be applicable to Mexican law, based on a systematic argumentation and study of the fundamental principles; it is even applied by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, in the resolution of some cases in the presence of difficult cases.
