Forty gifts

Here you will find a mixture of courage and cowardice, laughter and tears, intelligence and foolishness, flexibility and rigidity, general issues and very personal stories, you will find classical Arabic and Egyptian colloquial, long texts and short phrases, prose and poetry, talk about love, hate, struggle, despair, hope, family, comrades, streets, songs... because in the end, a person is the sum and fruit of all of this. Perhaps I have sometimes exaggerated or gone to extremes, been right or wrong, dealt with the subject with a deplorable lightness or with more depth than necessary, but what I am certain of is that in all of this I was very real, honest and faithful, even if it involved some revelation of what others usually warn against revealing about themselves!
