A mystery novel set on a commercial fishing trawler operating in the Bering Sea. The year is 1993, and a young deckhand named Paul Saxon onboard the Northern Duchess finds himself investigating the disappearance of a Norwegian "fish master." The author spent ten years working on commercial fishing boats out of Dutch Harbor, Alaska.
