Financial Accounting (revised) takes Corporate Accounting Guideline 2006, the new Law on Corporate Tax, the Value-added Tax Provisional Regulation and other relevant regulations published in recent years as the main basis and expounds on the financial accounting's basic theories and the basic principles and methods of the financial accounting element's identification, measurement, recording and reporting comprehensively and systematically.
