Fettucine to Ziti Cookbook: The ABCs of Making Delicious Pasta Dishes

The possibilities are endless when it comes to pasta dishes. I like to make pasta 2 or 3 times a week for either packed lunches or family dinners. Cold tuna and pasta salad is one of my favourite lunches for myself and to pack in the kids' lunchboxes. Serve pasta warm or cold and add as many herbs, spices, nuts and vegetables as you want. A hot dish or lasagna is another favourite of mine to serve for dinner as it is filling and delicious. Have it with or without meat for those vegetarians out there and spice it up with a bit of Monterey jack cheese sprinkled on top.
