Fat Sources and Feed Additives in Broiler Chicken Nutrition

This book focuses on the effect of vegetable oils with or without addition of feed additives in finisher diets on broiler chicken. It reviews the influence of feeding different types of vegetable oils as source of fat in the diets for broilers. Also, it covers the impact of using enzymes as commercial feed additive in broiler feed production. This book consists of 4 chapters with objective of providing basic information of broiler chicken nutrition and its effect on growth performance, carcass traits and meat quality. The description and illustration of the 4 chapters are based on material prepared by several researchers between 1991 and 2018.
