After living with an autoimmune illness for 25 years andalways being told that I have to share my story, I am finally ready.This book is for Multiple Sclerosis patients, autoimmune sufferers,and those who deal with an illness on a daily basis. In this book, Iintroduce the strategies I personally used with the intention of sharingideas and giving hope to those who need it.
