Expiration Dating

Have you ever drunk a glass of milk after it has soured or curdled and thought to yourself, "Wow this is tasty and refreshing?" Have you ever bitten into a piece of fruit after its browned and grown mold and thought, "This is absolutely delicious"? I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that your answer is no. Why would anyone ingest anything that would defile their mouth and moreover their bodies? So here's another question for you, Why would you continue to let someone that defiles your life remain after they can no longer nourish, fulfill, or enhance you? Your relationship shouldn't have to be a constant battle and it certainly shouldn't be one you're hanging on to just for the sake of "sticking things out". The rules for ending a relationship should be simple. When you find yourself having to make this pivotal life decision, I hope that my 6 basic rules below will reinforce what you already know to be true. Sometimes it just helps hearing it from someone else.
