EU Competition Law, Regulation and the Internet

Recent years have witnessed the emergence of an acrimonious debate over e -net neutralitye -, a concept which may be generally construed as the prohibition of the discriminatory treatment of content over broadband networks. This debate has absorbed the attention of regulatory bodies, academics, legal practitioners, economists, network engineers, market players at different levels of the Internet value chain, lobbyists, journalists, citizense - rights organizations, and politicians.
