Ergonomic Analysis Applied to Aquaculture Fishing

Aquaculture plays a very important role in the current Brazilian scenario, helping to provide income for small families. However, as it is a new activity, this book proposes an ergonomic work analysis (EWA), with the aim of trying to better identify the causes of complaints of body pain and tiredness caused by this activity. For this analysis, Ergolandia software was used, which is made up of various ergonomic methods. The method used was the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), which deals more specifically with lifting and transporting loads, analysing the weight of the load, the position of the hands and feet, the inclination of the trunk and the height at which the load is lifted.
