Environmental impacts of installing a condominium in Natal/RN

The impacts caused by the construction industry are not difficult to see, as it is one of the biggest consumers of natural resources and causes impacts on the environment. The construction phase of a building accounts for a significant portion of these impacts, so the purpose of this work is to identify the environmental aspects and impacts caused during the installation stages of a vertical residential condominium in the city of Natal/RN, identifying these stages and prioritizing the aspects according to their severity at each stage. As well as verifying actions taken at the development in relation to the prioritized aspects with the highest percentage of occurrence. To this end, the methodology used was exploratory research of a qualitative nature, in addition to the application of spreadsheets to identify aspects and impacts based on the concepts of the Risk Management standard, with different criteria. Presented in a didactic manner, this work refers to the monograph developed by the first author, including technical-scientific explanations.
